As per directions of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of Vishakha
and Others vs.State of Rajasthan and others, to provide a safe work environment |
for women employees to prevent or deter the commission of acts of sexual harassment and to
provide a complaint mechanism for the redressal of of the complaints made by the victims of sexual
harassment,the Honourable the Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to constitute a "Complaints Committee"
for women working on the establishment of the High Court of Gujarat and also pleased to nominate the
