Started practicing at Allahabad High Court with his father Justice R.M.Sahai who was later on elevated as Judge Supreme Court of India Practicing mainly on Civil writ and Taxation side and appearing in the large no of important cases for U.P. Service Commission, U.P. State Road Transport Corporation and various, Insurance Corporation. Elevated as Judge Allahabad High Court on 05/02/1999 and joined Gujarat High Court on 28/10/2010. Appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat w.e.f. 29th September, 2014 Retired as Acting Chief Justice Gujarat High Court on 12th August 2015.
