Born on 31.7.1917. Educated at Sir C.J.N.Z. Madras High School, Navsari, Wilson College, Bombay Govt. Law College, Bombay. Practised on Civil and Criminal side including appeals at Navsari and Surat. Joined as Assistant Judge in Bombay Judicial Service on 15.4.1955. Promoted as District Judge in bigger bilingual Bombay State in October, 1957. Appointed as Additional Judge of City Civil Courts, Ahmedabad on 12.9.1962. Promoted as Principal Judge of the same Court on 16.1.1967. Appointed Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court for a period of two years with effect from 23.4.1969. Appointed permanent Judge on 15.4.1971. Retired on 31.7.1979.
