Born on 3.3.1946. Enrolled as an Advocate on 9.4.1967 with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and worked as Associate Counsel for Income-tax Department from 1968-76, Deputy Govt. Advocate, State of Rajasthan from 1978-82, Counsel for Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan from 1986 and Appointed Additional Judge of the Rajasthan High Court on 21.10.1991 and permanent Judge of the Rajasthan High Court from 11.8.1992. Transferred to the Gujarat High Court on 24.6.1994 and retransferred to the Rajasthan High Court on 14.12.1999. Due to retire on 3.3.2008.
