Gujarat High Court Legal Services Committee

As per regulation no. 4 of notification No.L/61/ 10/NALSA.dated 9.9.2010   front office is functioning on 1st floor of  Advocate Building in High Court premises  on all days from Monday to Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 

Two Panel lawyers (Retainers) are available during office hours for the legal services.

Front Office is intended to be a place where any person can consult the retainer for their law related problems .

Any person can avail free Legal advice and conciliation from these Retainer Advocates on various Legal questions concerned with any of their legal issues.
The panel lawyer in the front office also render their services to appear in urgent proceedings listed before Hon’ble Court, in such case where the applicant is entitled to get Legal Aid as per Section 12 of Legal Service Authority Act.

One Dy. S.O. is assigned at Front Office for giving assistance and guideline to the litigants.
