Born on 2.5.1949 at Ahmedabad.

           Obtained degree in B.A. with Sanskrit as Special subject with First Class. Also obtained Master’s degree with Sanskrit and Jainism as a special subject with First Class. Obtained Bachelor degree in Law and Master degree in Law from Sir L. A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad.

           Enrolled as an Advocate in the High Court of Gujarat on 7.9.1976.

           Started practice from the Chamber of Mr. K. C. Patel on Taxation side. Worked as a Tax Executive” and Legal Advisor in Sarabhai Group for four years, and then started independent practice in 1984.

           After starting independent practice in full swing, he appeared before Gujarat High Court and pleaded in Civil, Criminal, Taxation, Company Law and Constitutional matters.

           Along with Advocacy, he worked as part-time lecturer in M. N. Law College as well as I. M. Nanavati Law College for more than 15 years.

           Elevated to the Bench of High Court of Gujarat as Additional Judge on 3.12.2001.
