Born on 5th June, 1964 at Jetpur, Tal. Jetpur, Dist. Rajkot (Saurashtra).
Graduated in Arts from H.K.Arts College, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, and obtained Degree in Law from Sir L.A.Shah Law College, Ahmedabad, both from Gujarat University.
Got enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat and started practice on civil and criminal side.
Joined judiciary as a Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Judicial Magistrate First Class in the year 1995.
Promoted as Civil Judge (Senior Division) in the year 2004.
Promoted in the cadre of District Judge in the year 2012.
Served on deputation as Joint Secretary, Legal Department, Gandhinagar, from 07.11.2015 to 30.05.2017 and as Secretary to Government, Legal Department and Remembrancer of Legal Affairs (R.L.A.), Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, from 24.10.2019 to September, 2021.
Posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dev Bhumi Dwarka at Khambhaliya, District Jamnagar and Ahmedabad (Rural).
During his tenure at various places, has rendered many contested judgments on various subjects. He has got vast experience in judicial as well as administrative side.
