Born on 01/06/1959 at Village: Piparia, Taluka: Khambha, District: Amreli and belongs to the Family of Agriculturist.
Had school education from Village: Piparia and Rabarika, Taluka: Khambha, District: Amreli and High School Education at Swaminarayan Gurukul, Rajkot.
B.Com.; LL.M from the Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar.
Stood second in the LL.B. (Special) and was recipient of Gold-medal from the Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Awarded National Merit Scholarship by the Ministry of Education, Union of India while pursuing studies for LL.M.
His articles namely "Advocacy - a noble profession" and "Public Interest Litigation" were published in All India Reporter and Gujarat Law Reporter.
