Born on 25th February, 1909. Educated at Samaldas College, Bhavnagar, Gujarat College, Ahmedabad; L.A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad; Law College, Poona. Did general practice in Civil Courts at Ahmedabad. Appointed as Subordinate Judge (II Class) under the Government of Bombay from 8.6.1936. Assistant Judge from 1.8.49, District & Sessions Judge from 30.5.1954, Additional Judge, City Civil Court from 4.11.1961. Registrar, High Court of Gujarat from 10.8.1963. Additional Judge, City Civil Court from 20.6.1966. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court from 16.1.1967. Appointed permanent Judge on 2.7.1969. Retired on 25.2.1971.
