Born on 24th September 1913. Educated at Gujarati Primary School, Jaspur, Taluka Kalol, District Mehsana Gujarati Primary School, Kolavada, Taluka Kalol, District Mehsana, A.V.School, Kalol, District Mehsana; New High School, Ahmedabad, Gujarat College, Ahmedabad; Sir L.A.Shah Law College, Ahmedabad and Government Law College, Bombay. Enrolled as an Advocate of Baroda High Court in 1943 and of the Bombay High Court on 23.9.1949. Practised on Civil and Criminal side in Baroda High Court, Baroda, Bombay High Court, Bombay and Gujarat High Court, Ahmedabad. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court for a period of two years with effect from 23.4.1969. Appointed permanent Judge on 3.7.1970. Retired on 24.9.1975.
