Born on 25th December 1966 at Lakhtar, District Surendranagar. Took primary education from Bharti Vidyalaya, Rajkot and Government Kumar Shala, Bavla, District Ahmedabad; secondary education from L.D. High School, Sachin, District Surat, and R.G. Vidyalaya, Nizar, District Tapi; higher secondary education from A.K. Vidya Mandir, Bavla, District Ahmedabad; and obtained Degree of B.A, LL.B. (5 years integrated course) in the year 1990 from H.J. Law College, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji University, Bhavnagar.
Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat on 12th November 1990 and practiced at Chotila and Surendranagar.
Selected as Civil Judge & J.M.F.C. and posted as 4th Joint Civil Judge & J.M.F.C. at Bhavnagar on 11th June 1996; thereafter served at different Taluka places, namely, Mahuva, District Bhavnagar; Lathi-Liliya, District Amreli and Dhandhuka, District Ahmedabad. Promoted as Senior Civil Judge and posted as 5th Joint Senior Civil Judge at Palanpur on 18th February 2005; and thereafter, promoted as Additional District Judge vide Notification dated 9th February 2010 and posted as 7th Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Ahmedabad (Rural), on 11th February 2010. Appointed as Regular District Judge vide Notification Dated 17th March 2010. As an Additional District Judge, served at Ahmedabad (Rural) from March 2011 till May 2012; Sabarkantha at Himmatnagar from May 2012 till May 2013; and, as a Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, from May 2013 till July 2013.
Rendered services as Registrar (Inspection) and Registrar (Recruitment & Finance) in the High Court of Gujarat from July 2013 till May 2018; and thereafter, posted as Principal District Judge, Banaskantha at Palanpur, from June 2018 till March 2019.
Served as Member Secretary, Gujarat State Legal Services Authority, Ahmedabad, from March 2019 till January 2020; and lastly, served as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Surat, from 22.01.2020 to 19.10.2023.
