Gujarat High Court Legal Services Committee

As per regulation no. 4 of notification No.L/61/ 10/NALSA. Dated 9.9.2010 front office is functioning on the 1st floor of Gujarat State Legal Services Authority Building, Gujarat High Court Campus premises on all days from Monday to Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Further, Nominated Panel Lawyers ( Retainers ) are also available during office hours for the legal aid and advice.

Front Office is intended to be a place where a person who falls in Section – 12 of the Act can consult the Retainer Advocate for their law related Advice.

The panel lawyer of the High Court Legal Services Committee in the front office also render their services to appear in urgent proceedings listed before the Hon’ble High Court, in such case where the applicant is entitled to get Legal Aid as per Section 12 and 13 of the Legal Services Authority Act.1987

One Dy. S.O. and PLV ( Adhikar Mitra) are assigned at Front Office for giving assistance and guideline to the litigants.
